About Detta Darnell 

The idea for a creative woman and her absolute right to Dare to Dream,
has evolved and grown from the many ideas Detta has tried, tested and
discovered in the course of her lifetime. She has been a soulful
entrepreneur for over 30 years, having had several businesses as diverse
as restaurants to hair salons, gift shops to retail shops. She has coached,
counselled, listened, written, painted, inspired and motivated anyone who has
an ache, urge or dream to uncover, rediscover, renew or rekindle a secret
dream or to find one if they have no idea what they might like to do.  If you
have a gift - and everyone does she insists - she will help you find it. 

She has lived both here in the UK and on a Greek Island for several years. 
Wherever she's been, whatever she's done, she has always come back full
circle to her overriding passion....inspiring, motivating and supporting people to
find out what they love, what they are good at and helping them to grow the belief
that they can use their gifts to do more of what they truly enjoy!

On her travels she seems to attract people who still have an urge or
an ache for a bit more, people who want to do something different with their lives,
but are not sure how.  People who just for a minute can still dare to dream.

Detta LOVES people like this!  These people are the creative ones, the
ones who haven't quite let go of their dreams, they are people just like you and
me who might just need a little push, a little support, a bit of cheering, or a
small kick up the behind (a gentle one!) and a little measure of possibility
thinking and someone like me to say...'Yes you can dare to dream and
you can create a life you love"   

Detta knows in her heart that everyone is good at something - she'll help you
find out what the something is.  She can cheer you on if you are struggling with
isolation and encourages everyone to have a support network of like minded others
to help you grow you dream.She is a huge fan of Barbara Sher and is now a
Success Team Leader. A couple of years ago she became the UK's first Kaizen
Muse Creativity Coach thanks to Jill Badonsky and having recently attended a two
day UK Artist's Way Workshop with Julia Cameron, Detta is about to begin hosting
her first Suffolk/Cambs cluster groups doing this valuable and deep work
of creative self discovery. 

She knows Dare to Dream Teams work and Creativity Coaching gets results
because she's been there & done it herself, and she's still doing it and is absolutely
well on the path of loving her life despite warts, wrinkles and wobbly bits!  She has
always believed in the power of possiblility and daring to dream and she is
passionate about helping others to do the same.

She tells would be dreamers...." The challenges come & they go, but you can
still be creating a life you love, revisit a daring dream, reignite a long lost hope.
It's that much easier to do when you've got a great gang around you, you don't
have to feel 'stuck' for the next however many years...you can change the picture
of your life, create a new set of circumstances and start making it a life you really
love, with what you've got, and where you are, right here - right now!"
