This is the first of our Daring to Dream! trio of Workshops.
In this discovery workshop we'll look at some of the things that stop
us from having abundant confidence and the things that block us from
living a life we love and making our dreams more real. More importantly,
you will go home with a set of tried and tested tools to help you feel
more confident, boosted self esteem and a real sense of purpose.
Some of the stuff we'll look at:
What blocks us
- Building our confidence
- Daring to say No and saying Yes more slowly
- Outdated Labels and Hidden Beliefs
- Dream Snatchers & Inner Critics
- Procrastination, Sabotage & other scary stuff we don't understand
We'll explore painless easy ways of:
- Telling our critics where to get off!
- Being Splendidly Imperfect
- Mind Sculpting our way to confidence
- Creating our own cheering committee
- Boosting our self esteem
- Believing you can do it - and going for it
- Changing how you feel with Kaizen small steps
- Living a life you love in spite things you don't like!
- Discovering your Dreams and making them real
You'll come away with a much stronger sense of:

- What you want
- Where you want to go next
There will be sharing, support, creative thinking, magic, sparkle,
glitter and inspiration...oh yes & there will be chocolate!
